Shipping Policy

Orders placed between Monday and Friday are shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed after 3:00 pm on Friday will be shipped the following week. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order within 48 hours, you will be contacted by email or phone and alternative arrangements will be made. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order within a satisfactory amount of time, you will have the option to cancel your order at no charge.

Flat shipping rate per order by destination:

$  3.00 - Canada (first class mail)
$  4.00 - USA (first class mail)
$  6.00 - Rest of World (regular air mail)
$ 15.00 - Expedited service to Canada
$ 20.00 - Expedited service to USA

Unless otherwise specified, Center Ice Collectibles uses Canada Post for all shipments. Shipping quotes subject to change based on your shipping address and the dimensions and weight of your order. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Niagara Falls, Canada.

Lettermail/Letter-post (Flat Rates)
Please note that items sent by Lettermail or Letter-post are not insured or tracked by the Postal Service and travel at the buyer's risk. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, Center Ice Collectibles will not be held responsible for replacement of the missing shipment nor will Center Ice Collectibles compensate the purchaser for any losses incurred. We strongly advise customers to select an insured, traceable shipping method for orders of significant value.

International Orders
Center Ice Collectibles is proud to be an international Hockey Card provider. We ship worldwide at the flat rate specified in your order. Due to the high frequency of fraudulent credit card transactions and theft in certain countries, we reserve the right to require prepayment in certain instances, at our discretion. If your order is deemed to be high-risk, we will send you an email requesting prepayment by internationally recognized bank draft or wire transfer.

Return Policy

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase with your receipt for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Buyer is repsonsible for all shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original conditions.
